We guide students through every step of their journey — from shortlisting universities to visa approval — and we're looking for a detail-oriented Admission Specialist to join our growing team.
nRole Overview
nThe Admission Specialist will be the backbone of our admissions process — managing university applications, liaising directly with international institutions, tracking offer letters, and guiding students/parents through options at every stage. This is a high-ownership role requiring solid organizational skills, excellent written communication, and the ability to manage multiple student files simultaneously under deadlines.
nKey Responsibilities
nApplication & Offer Management

Prepare, review, and submit student applications to partner universities/colleges abroadn
Track application status end-to-end and follow up proactively with institutionsn
Receive,



verify, and process offer letters (conditional and unconditional)n
Maintain accurate records of deadlines, document checklists, and application stages for each studentn

nUniversity & College Communication

Act as the primary point of contact with university admissions offices and international student recruitment teamsn
Resolve queries related to documentation, eligibility, deferrals, and conditions on offer lettersn
Build and maintain robust working relationships with university representatives and in-country agentsn

nStudent & Parent Counselling
n

Present students with suitable university/course options based on their academic profile, budget, and career goalsn
Explain offer letter conditions, scholarship opportunities, and next steps clearly to students and parentsn
Guide students on document preparation (SOPs, LORs, transcripts, financial documents) require
