Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in Gurugram.

The Social Media Content

Creator will develop, write, and produce engaging content for social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and emerging channels, aligned with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Responsibilities include planning content calendars, going for shoots, often shooting videos for reels at client sites, creating posts and short-form video scripts, coordinating with design teams for visual assets, and publishing content across platforms.

The role involves monitoring social performance, analyzing engagement metrics, and optimizing content based on insights and trends.



The Social Media Content Creator will also collaborate closely with account managers and strategists to ensure consistent messaging, timely campaign execution, and adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications
Strong skills in social media content creation, copywriting, and basic script writing for short-form video.
Ability to plan and manage content calendars, align content with marketing strategies, and adapt tone for different platforms.
Proficiency with major social media platforms and familiarity with analytics tools to track engagement and performance.
Experience collaborating with design and creative teams, with a good sense of visual storytelling and brand consistency.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines in a quick-paced setting.
Knowledge of current social media trends, platform best practices, and audience engagement techniques.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in a digital or media agency environment is preferred but not mandatory.
