We are looking for an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage full-cycle recruiting for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

· Source candidates using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, JobDiva, and ATS systems.

· Handle C2C, W2, and 1099 hiring, along with knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, EAD).

· Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various IT roles (Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, Data Engineering, etc.).

· Negotiate rates, terms, and employment conditions with candidates and vendors.





· Work closely with Account Managers and Clients to understand job requirements and deliver quality hires.

· Ensure compliance with US labor laws and company policies.

Requirements:

· 6 years of experience in US IT recruitment, with a proven track record of successful placements.

· Solid knowledge of US tax terms, work visas, and employment models.

· Proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, and ATS management.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work in EST/PST time zones.

· Experience in team leadership (if applicable).
