Job Summary

Nova IVF Fertility is hiring a compassionate and dedicated GNM Staff Nurse to join our Surat center. The ideal candidate will assist in fertility treatments, provide high-quality patient care, and support doctors during OPD, procedures, and IVF-related clinical activities.

Key Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to patients undergoing fertility treatment.
Assist doctors during consultations, scans, IUI, IVF, and minor procedures.
Prepare and maintain procedure rooms following infection control protocols.
Monitor patients before and after procedures and document vital signs.
Maintain accurate nursing records and ensure timely documentation.
Educate and counsel patients on treatment instructions and medication administration.
Coordinate with clinicians, embryologists,



and front office for smooth patient flow.

Eligibility
Qualification: GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery)
Valid Nursing Council Registration preferred.
Experience: 1–5 years (IVF, Gynecology, OT, or Hospital experience preferred)
Freshers with robust clinical knowledge may also apply.
