Job Purpose To lead and manage the end-to-end Talent Acquisition function for the organisation, with a robust focus on Real Estate Sales hiring across projects, locations and business verticals. The role will be responsible for manpower planning, sourcing strategy, recruitment delivery, stakeholder management, recruitment analytics and building a robust talent pipeline to support business growth.

The incumbent will be expected to operate as a business-focused Talent Acquisition partner, understanding project-wise manpower requirements, sales targets and market talent availability, while ensuring timely closure of critical positions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from requisition to joining.
Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team.
Handle both volume hiring and lateral hiring requirements.
Screen CVs and conduct initial discussions/interviews wherever required.




Coordinate technical/functional interviews with Sales Heads.
Manage salary discussions and offer negotiations within approved frameworks.
Ensure proper documentation and pre-employment checks.
Conduct proper background verification of shortlisted candidates.
Drive offer-to-joining conversion.
Conduct regular follow-ups with selected candidates during the notice period.
Minimise candidate dropouts and offer declines.
Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Build and maintain a ready-to-deploy talent pool for frequently hired sales positions.
Understand business urgency and prioritise critical positions.
Establish explicit recruitment SLAs with hiring managers.
Provide regular updates on open positions, pipeline and hiring challenges.
Establish and monitor recruitment TAT for different categories of positions.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive Talent Acquisition Dashboard.
