We are hiring Sr. Sales Manager / Sales Manager for multiple locations across India to drive sales of capital and heavy precision industrial equipment. This role involves consultative, solution-based selling to industrial customers, EPC contractors, and large manufacturing plants.

This is not FMCG or retail sales. The role requires engineering understanding, site interaction, and long-cycle project sales exposure.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle technical sales of capital / heavy precision equipment
Develop and manage industrial & EPC customers
Engage with plant heads, maintenance managers, project teams, and procurement
Conduct site visits, technical discussions, and product demonstrations
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and participate in negotiations
Coordinate with application, service, and factory teams




Build and grow long-term key accounts
Achieve annual sales targets and territory growth

Requirements:
BE / BTech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering
4 - 8 years experience in:
Industrial / technical sales OR
Application / service engineering with robust customer interaction
Exposure to capital equipment / industrial machinery / precision tools
Comfortable with site work and travel
Robust communication & negotiation skills

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
