7–18 years of experience in ITSM, Problem Management, Service Reliability, or Operations roles.n
Robust hands‐on experience with ITIL Problem Management processes and governance.n
Deep expertise in Root Cause Analysis methodologies (5 Whys, Fishbone, Fault Tree Analysis).n
Experience driving high‐quality RCAs with clear distinction between workaround, remediation, and permanent fix.n
Proven ability to perform incident and problem trend analysis to identify systemic risks.n
Experience working in complex, multi‐vendor enterprise settings.n
Strong documentation, analytical, and facilitation skillsn
