collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment on Amazon Web Services.- Robust troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving application and infrastructure issues.- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes within cloud environments.- Ability to work with automation and scripting to streamline support tasks and improve efficiency.Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).- This position is based at our Mumbai office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
