ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with the Client HR team and Hiring Managers to understand requirements and cascade them to the backend delivery SPOC for smooth execution.
n
Manage RPO coordination activities, including requirement gathering, candidate tracking, follow-ups, and recruitment delivery.
n
Handle Non-IT recruitment across Manufacturing, Plant Hiring, Engineering, and Corporate Functions.
n
Coordinate with the backend delivery team to ensure timely execution and closure of requirements.
n
Ensure client satisfaction through effective coordination, regular communication, and timely resolution of concerns.
n




Participate actively in weekly review calls with the backend delivery SPOC and Account Head, and monitor progress to avoid any deviations or escalations.

Manage escalations proactively by identifying issues and providing timely solutions to client concerns

PRE-REQUISITES

n

n
5 to 10 years of experience in recruitment/coordination- NON IT
n
Solid experience in Non-IT recruitment, particularly in Manufacturing, Plant Hiring, Engineering Hiring, and Corporate Function Hiring.
n
Experience in RPO coordination and/or client-facing recruitment roles is preferred.
n
Valuable understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and stakeholder management.
n
Experience in requirement gathering and cascading requirements to the backend delivery team for timely execution.
n
Valuable knowledge of data management, MIS, recruitment reports, and recruitment tracking
n
Notice Period: Immediate joiners to 15 days preferred.
n
Should be comfortable working 5 days WFO at the client location in Thane, Mumbai.
