Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to build Biofrost’s field-sales team across Maharashtra and Gujarat, while being based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities
Recruit and appoint Field Sales Executives for key cities across Maharashtra and Gujarat.
Source candidates through job portals, agencies, referrals, and local recruitment networks.
Manage the complete recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening to selection and joining.
Coordinate with management on city-wise hiring requirements and targets.




Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for field-sales expansion.
Track recruitment performance, joining ratios, and hiring timelines.

Requirements
2–5 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience.
Experience hiring field-sales teams, preferably in pharma, healthcare, OTC, or FMCG.
Robust sourcing, communication, coordination, and candidate-assessment skills.
Target-driven, organised, and capable of working independently.
Experience building teams for multiple cities is an advantage.
