You analyze and solve complex technical problems in collaboration with other IT teamsn
Documentation: You create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge databases and support processes to improve efficiency in the support teamn
Proactive monitoring: You implement monitoring tools for proactive system monitoring and early detection of potential issuesn
Release to Production:



Packaging and rollout coordination, rollout monitoring (ticket analysis) and the creation of changes and administrative orders as well as associated scriptsn
Project support: You participate in IT projects, including the introduction of recent technologies and systems as well as the optimization of existing processesn
Customer interaction: You are in email contact with internal customers, clarifying technical inquiries and offering solutionsn

nQualifications

Several years of experience (8+) in programming with profound knowledge in ORACLE SQL and PL/SQL programmingn
Several years of experience (4+) in Visual Studio and TFSn
A valuable command of English is a mustn
Experience (4+) in Confluence and JIRA rest servicesn

nRequired Skills

Proficient in ORACLE SQL and PL/SQL programmingn
Experience with Visual Studio and TFSn
Solid communication skills in English
