Job Title: Tech Support Intern

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Duration: 6 Months Internship

Working Days: 5 Days working ( 2 Rotational week-off )

Stipend: ₹12,000 per month

We are looking for a Tech Support Intern who is passionate about technology, troubleshooting, and problem-solving. This role is ideal for recent graduates who want hands-on exposure to databases, APIs, debugging, and technical support processes.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues faced by users and internal teams.
Write basic SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data.
Investigate data discrepancies and perform root cause analysis.
Collaborate with Developers, QA, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
Analyze API requests, responses, and logs to identify errors.
Use browser developer tools for debugging and issue investigation.
Document issues, solutions, and troubleshooting steps.




Support technical teams in improving application performance and user experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Recent graduate or final-year student in:
Computer Science
B.Tech / BE (CS, IT, or related fields)
BCA / MCA
Engineering or related computer fields
Valuable knowledge or exposure to SQL (queries, joins, filtering, aggregations).
Basic understanding of APIs, HTTP requests, and application workflows.
Robust logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
Must have a personal laptop for internship work.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
