Provide technical support to customers/users through phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, system, and application-related issues.
Identify and resolve technical problems within defined timelines.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
Assist users with login, password, application, connectivity, and basic system issues.
Maintain proper records of customer complaints, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate technical team.
Follow up with users to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Support basic network troubleshooting, including LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration, and connectivity.
Follow company IT policies, security procedures, and support processes.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
