About the Role

We are hiring a hands-on Sales Manager to lead our Account Executive (AE) teams.

This is a player-coach role. We don’t need an administrator who just monitors dashboards and asks for updates. We need someone who can hop on calls, handle tough objections, and close deals themselves, while coaching a team of AEs to do the same.

You will help shape our sales scripts, set the standard for how we demo and close, and make sure the team hits its monthly revenue targets.

What You Will Actually Do
Close Key Deals: Take on your own quota, run product demos for mid-market and enterprise buyers, and push high-value deals across the finish line.
Coach the AEs: Listen to call recordings, run weekly role-plays, sit in on live pitches, and help reps navigate pricing and negotiation hurdles.
Fix the Leaks: Track our pipeline stages in the CRM. Know exactly where prospects drop off, why deals stall,



and how to shorten our sales cycle.
Build the Playbook: Turn what works on your calls into simple guides, battle cards, and talk tracks that recent reps can pick up quickly. Also build consistent strategies and own revenue, pipeline creation to closures.
Hire and Ramp: Interview and onboard recent AEs so they start closing deals within weeks, not months. (For this role, we expect Managers to join us, and build new teams with us, and start afresh)

What We’re Looking For
5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 1–2 years running or leading an AE team. (Or similar experience selling API Solutions / Data - We are hiring managers for multiple products)
Real closing experience: You have personally carried and smashed a sales quota selling software or tech products (ideally deal sizes between $2k and $40k+ ARR).
Solid call discipline: You know how to qualify buyers properly (not just pitching features) and spot
