Provide technical support to customers through phone, WhatsApp and remote support.
Understand customer issues and provide suitable solutions.
Assist customers with software installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.
Guide customers on using billing, inventory, accounting and ERP features.
Coordinate with the technical/development team for issues that require further assistance.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved successfully.
Maintain proper records of customer queries and support activities.
Conduct basic software demos and explain features to customers when required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
