Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce and promote company products and services.
Manage incoming inquiries and provide accurate information while maintaining a qualified and courteous tone.
Work actively on assigned leads by ensuring timely follow-ups, proper documentation, and continuous engagement until closure.
Maintain and update lead records, call logs, and customer details in the CRM/system on a daily basis.
Understand customer needs, offer suitable product solutions, and address queries effectively.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call-related and lead-conversion targets.
Ensure adherence to company communication standards and confidentiality policies.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
