Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Agent / Travel Sales Executive role based in Rohini. The role involves consulting with customers to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and schedules, and then proposing suitable holiday packages and travel solutions. Daily tasks include handling inquiries, preparing quotations, processing reservations for flights, hotels, and holiday packages, and coordinating travel arrangements such as transfers and car rentals.

The Travel

Agent / Travel Sales Executive will manage bookings, follow up with customers, provide after-sales support,



and maintain accurate records in booking systems. The role also includes achieving sales targets, promoting special offers, and collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience and efficient service.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Reservations and Travel Arrangements, including flights, hotels, and holiday packages.
Demonstrated Customer Service abilities, with a focus on clear communication and problem-solving.
Experience with Car Rental coordination and related ground travel services.
Proven Sales skills, including upselling, cross-selling, and meeting revenue targets.
Knowledge of popular domestic and international destinations and basic geography.
Comfort using booking tools, travel platforms, and standard office software.
Ability to work in office in Rohini, manage time effectively, and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
Prior experience in a travel agency or tourism-related role is beneficial; a relevant diploma or degree in travel, hospitality, or business is an advantage.
