Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and understand travel requirements.
Provide flight, hotel, holiday package, visa, and travel insurance options.
Make reservations, issue tickets, and handle reissues/cancellations.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to convert enquiries into bookings.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain solid customer relationships.
Provide excellent pre- and post-travel customer service.
Requirements:
Experience in a travel agency or tourism industry preferred.
Knowledge of airline ticketing and GDS is an advantage.
Positive communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused, target-oriented, and well organized.
Valuable computer skills and ability to work under pressure.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
