US IT Recruiter – Location: Gurgaon | Shift: Night Shift, 6:30 AM - 4:00 AM IST
Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for the US market.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases.
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
Work with hiring managers/clients to understand requirements.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Negotiate rates/salary and assist with offer closure.
Required Skills:
1–3 years of US IT Recruitment experience.
Valuable knowledge of US IT technologies and job market.
Solid sourcing and screening skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working in US night shifts.
Canada recruitment experience is a plus.
