Bangalore International School (BIS) is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Female Physical Education Teacher to join our team.

Position: Female PE Teacher – Swimming & Sports

Location: Bangalore

n

Experience: Prior experience in a school workplace preferred

Key Requirements

n

n
B.P.Ed. or M.P.Ed. qualification is mandatory.
n
Solid experience and/or demonstrated expertise in Swimming and other sports.
n
Prior school teaching experience is preferred.
n
Ability to plan and conduct engaging PE lessons for students of different age groups.
n
Positive knowledge of sports, fitness, physical conditioning, and student safety.
n
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
n




Passion for promoting physical fitness, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
n

Key Responsibilities

n

Conduct PE and swimming sessions for students.
n
Coach students in swimming and other sporting activities.
n
Organise and support sports events, competitions, and school activities.
n
Ensure appropriate safety practices during PE and swimming sessions.
n
Identify and encourage students with potential in different sports.
n
Maintain a positive, inclusive, and encouraging environment for students.
