Job DescriptionRole Overview:
NWe are looking for a agile and relationship-driven professional to join our Government & Corporate Partnerships team as a Key Account Manager. This role will be instrumental in deepening Airtel Payments Bank's engagement with state government departments and exploring institutional opportunities beyond the public sector.

Develop and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders across state government departments. N
Identify and drive prospects for Airtel Payments Bank to support government programs through DBT, SBAs, bill payments, banking point expansion, and broader financial inclusion initiatives. N
Lead empanelment efforts for government schemes and ensure smooth onboarding and execution of state-led initiatives. N
Represent the bank in government meetings, workshops, and partnership forums to strengthen collaboration and visibility. N
Maintain robust market intelligence on state government initiatives, policies, and upcoming opportunities. N




Systematically identifyand engage relevant officials across roles and levels within department headquarters to facilitate coordination and approvals N
Design and submit department‐specific, customized proposals aligned with policy objectives, scheme guidelines, and operational requirements. N
Maintain structured records of proposals submitted, approvals received, and current implementation status. N
Maintain strong workingrelationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate data sharing and ensure effective execution of initiatives. N

Own the territoryand strategize to drive revenue and volume growth across assigned partnerships. N
Identify focus departments, key programs, and priority initiatives where the bank's offerings can be positioned for maximum program impact and scale. N
