About the Role

The role involves supporting, developing, and providing technical consulting for our Master Data System, ensuring effective operations and high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

Support, development and technical consulting for our Master Data System
n
Maintenance
n
Development in ORACLE
n
Service requests
n
Application support
n
Incident management
n
You analyze and solve complex technical problems in collaboration with other IT teams
n
Documentation: You create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge databases and support processes to improve efficiency in the support team
n
Proactive monitoring: You implement monitoring tools for proactive system monitoring and early detection of potential issues
n
Release to Production: Packaging and rollout coordination, rollout monitoring (ticket analysis)



and the creation of changes and administrative orders as well as associated scripts
n
Project support: You participate in IT projects, including the introduction of current technologies and systems as well as the optimization of existing processes
n
Customer interaction: You are in email contact with internal customers, clarifying technical inquiries and offering solutions
n

Qualifications

n

n
Several years of experience (8+) in programming with profound knowledge in ORACLE SQL and PL/SQL programming
n
Several years of experience (4+) in Visual Studio and TFS
n
A good command of English is a must
n
Experience (4+) in Confluence and JIRA rest services
n

n

Required Skills

n

n
Proficient in ORACLE SQL and PL/SQL programming
n
Experience with Visual Studio and TFS
n
Robust communication skills in English
n
Familiarity with Confluence and JIRA rest services
