Key Responsibilities:
Drive LAP (Loan Against Property) business and achieve assigned targets.
Generate recent business through direct sourcing, DSA and channel partners.
Acquire current customers and manage existing relationships.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing.
Ensure quality sourcing and adherence to bank policies.
Build strong relationships with customers, DSAs and connectors.
Candidate Profile:
Experience in LAP / Mortgage / Secured Lending.
Banking / NBFC experience preferred.
Robust sales and customer acquisition skills.
