Job Description

As a Territory Manager for IN - NOVATEUR ELECTRICAL & DIGITAL SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED (NEDS), you will play a crucial role in our L7 - IN - LEGRAND - Project Sales department. Your primary responsibility will be to handle and expand our presence in the Baroda area, targeting end-users, government sector entities, and consultants. By adopting a solution-selling approach, you will drive sales and ensure the growth of our business in this region.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Project Sales team in the Baroda area, focusing on Legrand's product portfolio.
Develop and execute sales strategies to target end-users, government entities, and consultants.
Expand our stockiest network and establish solid relationships with key stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify recent business opportunities.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns.




Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the management team.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the electrical or digital systems industry.
Proven track record of successful sales performance and meeting/exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build solid relationships.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
Ability to work independently and manage a diverse range of tasks.
Flexibility to travel within the Baroda area as required.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to industry changes.
