Job Description:
Elicit and document business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria; maintain traceability through delivery.
Support regions in migrations from PCC to LMS
Facilitate workshops and translate needs into transparent process/data/interface impacts with delivery teams.
Support testing and implementation (UAT coordination, defect triage, operational readiness) to ensure a smooth release.
