Job Description:
Lead end-to-end project and transformation delivery across the Sustainability Insights portfolio.
Develop project plans, milestones, timelines, deliverables and resource requirements.
Manage project governance, status reporting, steering forums and senior stakeholder communications.
Track RAID items - Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies - and drive timely resolution.
Coordinate with stakeholders across Front Office, Business, Operations, Technology, Risk, Finance, Sustainability and Transformation functions.
Translate business objectives into structured project plans and actionable workstreams.
Manage project dependencies across multiple teams and ensure alignment with overall CIB transformation priorities.
Monitor project progress against scope, timelines, budget and agreed deliverables.




Identify delivery risks and escalate issues appropriately to senior stakeholders.
Support change management and adoption activities associated with transformation initiatives.
Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, project updates and governance materials.
Facilitate project meetings, workshops and working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.
Ensure appropriate documentation, controls, processes and governance are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Support continuous improvement and standardisation of project delivery practices.
Work closely with sustainability and business teams to convert insights and strategic objectives into actionable initiatives
