Responsibilities :

Years delivering contact centre or CCaaS implementations

Experience with platforms such as Genesys, Amazon Connect, Cisco Webex, RingCentral or similar

Solid understanding of voice technologies (VoIP, SIP, RTP, WebRTC)

Experience in solution architecture, integrations, and API design

Proven track record delivering complex enterprise projects

Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a quick-paced environment Architect and implement end-to-end integration solutions

REST APIs, Postman

Middleware/iPaaS platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services)

API orchestration and data transformation (JSON/XML)

ETL/ELT pipelines for customer interaction data

Authentication mechanisms: OAuth 2.0, SAML, OpenID Connect, API keys, iPaaS platforms, and enterprise API gateways.
