Serenity By Sadhana is an interior design and architecture firm established in June 2022. What began as a one-person practice has grown into a collaborative team working across residential and commercial projects in Chennai.

We take up turnkey design and execution projects , creating thoughtful, functional and customised spaces. Our approach is hands-on, detail-driven and rooted in transparent design thinking, with a strong focus on quality and craft.

The Role

We’re looking for a Junior Architect / Interior Designer to join our studio and work closely with our design team across ongoing projects.

You’ll be involved in:
Concept development and space planning
Working drawings and detailing
3D modelling and presentations
Material research and selections
BOQs and project documentation
Client, consultant and contractor coordination
Site visits and execution follow-ups




Ensuring design intent and quality are maintained on site

Since we handle both design and execution , you’ll get hands-on exposure to the entire process—from concept to site.

What we’re looking for
Degree in Architecture / Interior Design / related field
Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp
Photoshop knowledge; Revit is a plus
Understanding of materials, detailing and construction
Positive design and spatial sense
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and coordination skills
Willingness to learn and take ownership

Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
