Required Qualifications

Proven experience in developing and deploying generative AI models.
Robust programming skills in Python or R.
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills
Experience in the recruitment or HR tech industry.
Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
