Position: Jewellery Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
Demonstrate and explain gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery collections.
Provide product information regarding designs, pricing, offers, and schemes.
Build robust relationships with customers and ensure excellent customer service.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Maintain proper display, cleanliness, and presentation of jewellery counters.
Follow company policies and showroom procedures.

Candidate Requirements
Experience in jewellery retail sales is preferred.




Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and customer-handling abilities.
Knowledge of gold, diamond, and jewellery products will be an advantage.
Presentable personality and customer-focused approach.
Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment.

Education
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Preferred Experience
1–3 years of experience in Jewellery Sales or Retail Sales.

Pay: ₹43,571.72 - ₹96,438.56 per month
