Technician Trainee is responsible for assembling, inspecting, and testing electronic components and assemblies in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality procedures, and the ability to work efficiently in a production workplace.

Educational Qualification:

ITI Trades - Electronics / Electrician

Diploma Streams - Electronics & Communication / Electrical & Electronics

Eligibility Criteria:
0–2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or assembly
Freshers with practical soldering / project experience can also apply
Prepared to relocate/work in Bangalore (Client Location: Peenya Industrial Area)
Strong willingness to learn & build a career in the Electronics Manufacturing industry
Quick learner with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:
Positive knowledge of electronic components and PCB assembly processes.
Hands-on experience in soldering and use of assembly tools.
Familiarity with ESD practices and quality standards.
Ability to follow instructions and meet production timelines.
Basic knowledge of test equipment such as multimeters.




Experience in SMT/THT assembly lines.

Key Responsibilities
Perform electronic assembly operations including soldering (through-hole and SMT), wiring, and mechanical assembly.
Assemble PCBs, sub-assemblies, and finished electronic products as per drawings, BOMs, and work instructions.
Read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, and technical documents.
Conduct visual inspection and basic functional testing of assembled units.
Identify, report, and assist in rectifying assembly defects or non-conformances.
Ensure compliance with ESD, safety, and quality standards.
Maintain proper documentation for assembly, testing, and quality checks.
Support rework, repair, and modification activities when required.
Coordinate with quality and engineering teams for continuous improvement.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area as per 5S standards.

Pay: ₹18,500.00 per month
