The team leader for human resources will undertake a variety of HR administrative duties including preparing compensation and advantages packages, setting up company policies and maintaining updated employee records. He/She will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations. The HR Team lead duties also involve a wide range of support activities inside the HR department, from coordinating meetings to maintaining employee database to posting job ads. An important part of the role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.

Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization and prepare and review compensation and benefits packages.
Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance in a timely manner.




Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) and ensure all employment requirements are met
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda
Coordinate training sessions, seminars and produce and submit reports on general HR activity

Education, Experience, and skills needed
Education - BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
Proven work experience as an HR Team lead or relevant human resources/administrative position.
Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
Familiarity with HR operations including hiring, payroll and employee perks
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good problem-solving abilities
Valuable time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
