Commis 1 / Commis 2 – Bread, Brownie & Pastry
Experience: 0–4 Years
Basic baking knowledge
Attention to detail and quality
Team player with robust hygiene practices

Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) – Brownie & Pastry
Experience: 1–3 Years
Bakery & Pastry / Hotel Management qualification preferred
Robust knowledge of baking techniques and ingredient handling

Chef de Partie (CDP) – Brownie & Pastry
Experience: 3–5 Years
Experience in supervising bakery/pastry production teams
Expertise in brownies, pastries, cakes, and desserts

Key Responsibilities:
Production of breads, brownies, pastries, cakes, and desserts
Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
Follow food safety, hygiene, and SOP standards
Manage ingredients,



reduce wastage, and ensure quality production
Work collaboratively to achieve daily production targets
