Experience Required:
Minimum 9 – 10 years in mechanical seals and rotary equipment industry.

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE Mechanical).

Job Responsibilities:
The Assistant Manager - Sales & Service shall be responsible for serving customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations/applications of mechanical seals. The selected candidate will be responsible for the business from customers located across Mumbai region.

Job Duties:
Identify current and future customer requirements for mechanical seals by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers in Mumbai region.
Provide product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by promptly responding to questions and requests from OEMs & End Users.
Establish current accounts and service existing accounts by identifying potential customers and organizing sales call schedules.
Determine improvements by analysing cost-advantage ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environments and proposing changes accordingly.




Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operational improvements.
Submit offers by conferring with technical support staff.
Develop customer confidence by providing technical information and training.
Prepare sales reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing sales information, engineering trends, and application data.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, and participating in professional societies.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
