About the Role

We are looking for a DMAT Trainer to lead our DMAT program. DMAT is an online live learning program through which students from around the world can learn from highly qualified and trained faculty.

The charter for this role will include:

- Conducting remote DMAT Quant coaching sessions for individual students via video conferencing platforms.
- Providing detailed feedback and progress reports to students and their parents/guardians.
- Keeping up-to-date with DMAT exam patterns, changes, and trends to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and effective.
- Maintaining regular communication with students and parents/guardians to address concerns and provide academic support as needed.
- Helping students build strong conceptual understanding, problem-solving skills, and test-taking strategies for the DMAT.
- Tracking student performance and adapting teaching approaches based on individual learning needs.





The best candidate will tick all OR many boxes:

- Minimum 3 months of experience teaching DMAT or a similar aptitude/entrance examination.
- Robust command of Quantitative Aptitude and related DMAT concepts.
- Technologically savvy — confident handling Zoom, Google Meet, and other online teaching platforms.
- Confidence and flair to engage and teach individual students as well as large audiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate students and create an engaging online learning environment.
- Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their academic goals.

Working Days and Time:

- 6 days a week, with Mondays or Tuesdays off on a rotational basis.
- Timings: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
