InboxKit is building a founder-led content brand around business, technology, ambition and lived experience. We're looking for a content researcher and scriptwriter who can find a compelling angle and turn it into a short video worth watching. AI has made competent writing easy to produce. A specific observation, an unexpected connection and a sentence that sounds like a person still take judgment. That is the craft we care about.

What you will do

• Research topics, audience conversations and emerging stories across articles, interviews, podcasts, communities and social platforms.

• Find fresh content angles: overlooked details, useful tensions, surprising examples and ideas with relevance beyond a narrow industry audience.

• Turn founder conversations, experiences and opinions into scripts that preserve a distinct voice and point of view.

• Write strong openings, build curiosity and sustain attention through clear structure, narrative progression and a satisfying payoff.

• Develop alternative hooks and treatments. Cut filler, sharpen examples and make every line move the story forward.

• Verify factual claims, keep source links, and give the editor useful visual cues and references.





• Use feedback and content performance to improve future topics, angles and scripts

What we are looking for

• Excellent writing skills, especially transparent, conversational scripts written to be spoken aloud.

• A sharp instinct for what makes someone stop scrolling, keep watching and share an idea.

• Strong research judgment: the ability to distinguish a credible insight from a recycled claim or a catchy exaggeration.

• Curiosity about people, business, technology and culture, with the ability to connect ideas across them.

• Editorial taste and the willingness to rewrite. You can explain why an angle works and when a draft needs a better idea. AI-assisted research and drafting are welcome. Your work should show independent thinking, specific observations and a recognisable human voice. Relevant short-form or ghostwriting experience is a plus

The setup You will help develop topics and write short-form scripts for a founder IP delivered through an AI avatar. You will collaborate with the founder, content lead and video editor.
