Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Noida for a Performance Marketing Executive. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive traffic, leads, and revenue. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing paid campaigns (such as search, social, and display), monitoring performance metrics, analyzing data, and generating reports with actionable insights. The executive will collaborate with content, design, and strategy teams to align campaigns with brand objectives and ensure cohesive messaging. Additional tasks include A/B testing creatives and landing pages, managing budgets, staying updated with industry trends, and proposing improvements to enhance ROI and campaign efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills, including campaign strategy development and performance optimization.
- Candidates should possess solid Market Research capabilities to analyze trends, audience behavior,



and competitor activities.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights clearly.
- Candidates should possess a good understanding of Sales and conversion funnels to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
- Relevant experience in performance marketing, including managing paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar tools.
- Comfort with data analysis, reporting, and basic use of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or equivalent).
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, and experience in a digital agency or growth-focused environment.
