Responsibilities· Provide pre-sales & after-sales technical support to agents & OEM customers· Troubleshoot PLC, motion control, HMI, servo drive & robotic integration issues· Support product setup, commissioning, firmware/software updates & remote diagnostics· Document issues/solutions and work with global engineering/R&D; on escalations· Support customer/distributor training and test recent hardware/software releases✅ Requirements· Bachelor’s or above in Electrical Automation Engineering or related· 3+ years in technical support, troubleshooting & field service· Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs,



servo drives & motion controllers· Familiar with Modbus, EtherCAT, CANopen, Profinet, EtherNet/IP; Kinco Builder, DTools Pro, CODESYS; digital/smart factory &IoT;· Able to read electrical schematics & PLC logic; strong analytical & communication skills· Fluent English & Hind· Robotic arms, robots, AGV/AMR/Shuttle experience a plus· Willing to travel across India?
