We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM). The candidate should have hands-on experience in at least two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations and be willing to travel based on project requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in and lead SAP PP/QM activities across the complete implementation lifecycle.Understand business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA solutions.Configure and customize SAP PP and QM modules based on business processes.Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and process mapping.Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments and integrations.Configure and support key PP processes including:Master DataBOM, Work Centers and RoutingsProduction PlanningMRPProduction OrdersCapacity PlanningDemand ManagementConfigure and support key QM processes including:Quality PlanningInspection TypesInspection PlansQuality NotificationsResults RecordingUsage DecisionQuality CertificatesWork on integration between PP/QM and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and FI/CO.Participate in data migration, testing, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support activities.Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, training materials,



and user manuals.Conduct workshops and provide training/support to business users.Analyze and resolve production issues and provide timely functional solutions.Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Travel to client locations as required.Required Skills & Experience4+ years of relevant SAP PP/QM experience.Must have successfully participated in at least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM configuration.Good understanding of end-to-end manufacturing business processes.Strong knowledge of integration between PP/QM and other SAP modules.Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to work independently as well as in a cross-functional team.Flexible and willing to travel to client locations based on project requirements.PreferredExperience with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud/Public Cloud is an advantage.SAP Activate methodology experience preferred.Relevant SAP certification is an added advantage.Location & TravelLocation: Hyderabad / NoidaTravel: Candidate should be flexible and willing to travel to client locations as required.
