Former optometrists, nurses, and other clinical professionals interested in moving into patient counselling and coordination are encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand patients’ needs, concerns, lifestyle, and expectations.Explain hospital services and doctor-advised options in simple language.Coordinate consultations, investigations, procedures, and follow-ups.Reinforce the doctor’s advice without independently making clinical recommendations.Explain treatment estimates, packages, insurance, and payment options.Address non-clinical concerns and escalate medical questions to the doctor.Follow up with patients and support treatment or procedure bookings.Maintain accurate counselling, follow-up, and conversion records.Coordinate with doctors, optometrists, nurses,
