You will combine solid design thinking with front-end technical expertise to transform user needs and product requirements into intuitive, responsive, and production ready interfaces.You will play a key role in shaping product usability, performance, and interaction quality ensuring our solutions are visually engaging, technically sound, and user-centric.Key Responsibilities:Understand product requirements, user behavior, and business objectives to define experience strategyTranslate concepts into user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypesConvert approved designs into responsive, pixel-perfect front-end implementationsCollaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers,



and Stakeholders to align UX vision with technical feasibilityDevelop and maintain scalable UI components and design systemsEnsure cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and accessibility standardsConduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into iterative improvementsOptimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalabilityMake strategic UX decisions for both core features and new enhancementsApply user-centered design principles and continuously test and iterateStay updated on UI/UX trends, interaction patterns, and front-end technologiesMaintain design consistency across products and platformsRequired Skills & Experience:7–8 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end developmentStrong proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, design systems)Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Adobe XDHands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScriptExperience with modern frameworks (React / Vue / Angular – preferred)Understanding of responsive design, mobile-first design, and accessibility standardsExperience implementing animations and interactive elements (GSAP or similar is a plus)Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction designAbility to communicate design systems and implementation logic clearly to teamsExperience collaborating in Agile/Scrum environmentsPassion for solving user pain points through both design and technical execution
