This is a remote position.

SPARK+ is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our day-to-day HR and people operations. The intern will work closely with the team on recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and maintaining candidate information. The role will also involve supporting employee onboarding, maintaining HR records and documentation, updating attendance and employee trackers, and assisting with internal coordination and employee engagement activities. The intern will get exposure to structured HR processes, internal communication, documentation, and the use of digital and AI tools to improve everyday workflows. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to understand how HR functions within a fast-growing technology startup while developing practical skills in communication, coordination, organization, and people management.





Requirements Freshers or students pursuing/completed a bachelor’s degree
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and documentation skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with AI or automation tools is a plus
