We’re Hiring | Data Engineer – GCP

Are you an experienced Data Engineer passionate about building scalable data models and up-to-date data platforms?

We’re looking for a Data Engineer (GCP) with 5+ years of experience to design and maintain data models that power analytics, reporting, data integration, and business intelligence .

You’ll work closely with Data Engineers, Analysts, Data Architects, and Business Stakeholders to turn complex business requirements into efficient, scalable, and reliable data solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models

• Translate business requirements into effective data structures and relationships

• Develop data models for data warehouses, data marts, and operational databases

• Ensure data consistency, integrity, quality, and governance across systems

• Collaborate with Data Engineering and ETL teams to implement models within data pipelines

• Optimize database structures for performance, scalability, and storage efficiency

• Maintain data dictionaries, metadata, and technical documentation

• Perform impact analysis for schema changes and system enhancements

• Support data quality initiatives and enforce data modeling standards

• Participate in data architecture discussions and contribute to engineering best practices

What We’re Looking For





✅ 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Modeling

✅ Strong understanding of conceptual, logical & physical data modeling

✅ Strong experience with relational databases and schema design

✅ Excellent SQL skills for data analysis and validation

✅ Hands-on experience with data modeling tools such as ERwin, ER/Studio, Power Designer , or similar

✅ Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts , including Star & Snowflake schemas

✅ Understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines

✅ Knowledge of data governance and data quality practices

✅ GCP / cloud data platform experience is mandatory

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience with Spark, Hive, Snowflake , or other big data technologies

• Knowledge of Data Lake / Lakehouse architectures

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker

• Exposure to modern cloud-based data architecture
