- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university or institute.
- 8–12 years of site installation and execution experience in sewage treatment, wastewater treatment, sludge treatment, biogas, power, process or similar industrial projects; at least 5 years of direct sludge-line installation experience is preferred.
- Installation experience with anaerobic digesters, Thermal Hydrolysis process, gas holders, CHP engines, boilers, flares, sludge silos, screw pumps and digester mixing systems.
- Strong understanding of sludge treatment processes, anaerobic digestion, biogas handling, heat recovery and the operating interfaces between the major packages.
- Sound knowledge of rotating and static equipment erection, piping fabrication and installation, alignment, grouting, pressure/leak testing, welding coordination and mechanical completion practices.
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs;, GADs, piping isometrics,



civil and structural drawings, equipment data sheets, electrical & instrument documents and vendor manuals.
- Working knowledge of hazardous-area practices, gas safety, pressure systems, boiler interfaces, confined-space controls and relevant mechanical/EHS standards.
- Experience in contractor and workforce supervision, vendor coordination, site planning, progress monitoring, quality documentation and customer/consultant interaction.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication and reporting skills, with a proactive and result-oriented approach.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, familiarity with AutoCAD
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary site teams, manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a rapid-paced project environment.
