Hiring | VP / Business Head / GM – Sales & Marketing | Oncology

We are looking for a senior pharmaceutical commercial leader to lead the Oncology business of a leading pharmaceutical organization.

Location: Mumbai

CTC: Up to ₹1 Crore

Experience: 18–25+ Years

Industry: Pharmaceutical / Oncology

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall Oncology Sales & Marketing strategy

• Own business growth, revenue, profitability & P&L;

• Drive national sales strategy and large-team leadership

• Lead Oncology product launches & portfolio strategy

• Build strong relationships with Oncologists, KOLs, hospitals & institutions

• Drive market expansion, brand strategy & commercial excellence

• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen market share

• Partner with Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain and other functions

Ideal Profile:





Looking for senior leaders currently or previously working as:

VP / SVP / Business Head / BU Head / Commercial Head / National Sales Head / GM / SGM / AVP / Director – Oncology

Candidates should have solid experience in Oncology Sales & Marketing , P&L; ownership, team leadership and the Indian pharmaceutical market.

Preferred exposure: Oncology formulations | Injectables | Oral Oncology | Solid Tumors | Hemato-Oncology | Targeted Therapy | Immuno-Oncology | Biosimilars
