VP – Business Development | Digital Manufacturing & Data

We are looking for a senior B2B Sales Leader to build and scale enterprise business across Digital Manufacturing and Data/Analytics for the Pharma & Life Sciences industry.

What we’re looking for

- Proven enterprise hunter with a strong track record of new-logo acquisition, pipeline creation and revenue growth .
- 16+ years of experience in consultative, product and solution sales .
- Strong experience selling technology-led solutions into Pharma / Life Sciences , particularly across Manufacturing, Operations and IT .
- Exposure to Digital Manufacturing, MES/MOM, Smart Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, Industrial IoT, Manufacturing Transformation or related digital platforms.




- Ability to sell Data & Analytics / AI-led offerings alongside manufacturing transformation.
- Established relationships with CXOs and senior leadership across corporate and manufacturing sites.
- Experience owning complex enterprise sales cycles — from hunting and prospect creation through solution positioning, negotiation and closure .
- Strong commercial orientation with a demonstrated record of large enterprise wins and business growth .

The mandate

This is a hunter-led growth role — building new relationships, creating demand, opening strategic Pharma accounts and converting digital transformation opportunities into long-term enterprise business.
