Graphic Designer - AI & Social Media

About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who combines strong visual design skills with an interest in AI, social media, pop culture, and digital trends.

The role involves creating engaging visual content for social media and campaigns while being open to using AI to improve creative workflows, save time, automate repetitive tasks, and focus more on creative thinking.

What You'll Do

- Create engaging social media posts, carousels, campaign creatives, infographics, posters, and digital content.
- Turn ideas, research and campaign narratives into robust visual concepts.
- Explore AI tools for ideation, creative exploration, image generation, variations, and workflow improvement.
- Identify repetitive tasks and look for ways to automate or streamline them.
- Keep experimenting with new tools and technologies that can improve the creative process.
- Work closely with content, research and social media teams.
- Keep up with social media trends, internet culture, memes and pop culture, and understand what makes content engaging and shareable.
- Adapt quickly to new formats, platforms and creative requirements.

What We're Looking For

- Strong graphic design and visual communication skills.
- Good understanding of social media-first design.
- Strong sense of typography, composition,



visual hierarchy and storytelling.
- Comfortable with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools.
- Basic familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, image-generation tools, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- More importantly, a willingness to learn, experiment and adapt AI into your creative workflow.
- Ability to identify where AI can make work faster, better or more efficient.
- Creative thinker who can come up with original, engaging and culturally relevant content.
- Positive understanding of pop culture, internet culture, memes and current social media trends.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Basic understanding of Indian/Telangana politics is appreciated, but not mandatory.

Preferred

- Experience creating social media campaigns or digital campaigns.
- Experience using AI to improve design or creative workflows.
- Experience with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva or similar tools.
- Motion graphics / video editing skills are an advantage.
- Experience in political, advertising, digital marketing or media environments is a plus.

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Compensation

₹40,000 – ₹50,000/month, depending on experience and fit.
