Technical & Back-End Skill

- Robust C# expertise across .NET Framework and .NET 8 (including async/await, LINQ).
- Experience with Arc Objects (e.g., IFeature Class, ITopological Operator) and ArcGIS Pro SDK (ArcGIS. Core. Geometry/Data)
- Solid understanding of GIS concepts: spatial data modeling, coordinate systems, geospatial analysis.
- Performance optimization: cursor handling, memory management, COM cleanup.
- Python scripting and server configuration (Windows/Linux).

Front-End Skills

- Web technologies: HTML, CSS, Java Script, jQuery
- Basic graphics/OpenGL programming

Database Skills

- Oracle Spatial, SQL, and PL/SQL
- Spatial database design and administration

Domain Skills

- Experience with ArcGIS and ArcGIS Pro
- Data conversion across formats (XML, JSON,

- Map rendering (vector/raster), ICAO-compliant symbology and layering
- Computational geometry

Core Responsibilities

- Migrate legacy Arc Objects-based code to ArcGIS Pro Core Host (ArcGIS. Core).
- Modernize aviation GIS workflows for airport features (runways, taxiways, networks).
- Develop and optimize geometry processing (buffer, intersect, union, reprojection).
- Build automated data import/export pipelines (shapefiles, geodatabases, Oracle).
- Develop headless CLI/console applications with Python/Arc Py integration.
