Position & Role

We’re looking for a Sr visuslizer with 2-4 years of experience in an advertising agency to join our creative team. NOT LOOKING FOR 5+ YEARS STRICTLY.

- Campaigns, layouts and adaptations
- Packaging & brand communication
- Digital & social media creatives
- Print & outdoor
- Presentations and other creative requirements

What we’re looking for

- 2 TO 4 YEARS of advertising agency experience - STRICTLY NOT ABOVE THAT
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
- Good understanding of typography, layout and visual communication




- Ability to interpret a brief and develop creative visual solutions
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of AI design tools is an advantage

Qualifications

- Strong visualization skills, including the ability to interpret briefs and translate concepts into clear, impactful visual narratives.
- Proficiency in graphics and graphic design, with hands-on experience using Adobe suite - CANVA IS NOT CONSIDERED as a software skill here.
- Professional experience in advertising, brand communications, or a related creative field, ideally in an agency environment.
- Ability to work in office in VILLIVAKKAM, Chennai, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage timelines in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail, an eye for typography and color, and a portfolio demonstrating diverse design work and conceptual thinking.
- Relevant education in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
