Role Summary

As an Ad Operations Executive, you will support the end-to-end execution of mobile advertising campaigns from setup and quality checks through to monitoring, troubleshooting, and reporting while building a strong foundation in AdTech platforms and processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in the trafficking, testing, and execution of mobile advertising campaigns.
- Support accurate campaign setup, monitoring, pacing, and delivery across programmatic and mediated demand. Monitor campaign performance and identify basic delivery, performance, and reporting issues.
- Assist in troubleshooting campaign-related issues in coordination with senior team members and internal/external partners.
- Perform quality checks on ad creatives, campaign settings, tracking links, and ad tags before and after campaign launch.
- Assist in managing new demand partners, ad formats, and platform updates.
- Maintain campaign trackers, reports, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales,



Account Management, Product, and Technical teams for campaign requirements.
- Learn and apply key mobile advertising and AdTech concepts, including SDKs, programmatic advertising, SSPs, DSPs, mediation, and ad exchanges.
- Support regular reporting and analysis of operational and campaign performance metrics.
- Follow defined processes and timelines to ensure smooth and accurate campaign execution.
- Escalate technical or delivery issues to senior team members and follow up until resolution.

Requirements

- 12 years of experience in Mobile Advertising, AdTech, Digital Marketing, or Ad Operations.
- Basic understanding of digital advertising concepts such as impressions, clicks, CTR, CPM, CPC, and conversions.
- Willingness to learn about mobile advertising, programmatic advertising, SSPs, DSPs, mediation, exchanges, and mobile SDKs.
- Basic understanding of mobile advertising and attribution concepts is an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong willingness to learn AdTech tools, platforms, and campaign management processes.
- B.Tech is mandatory (Computer Science, IT, or a related engineering discipline preferred).
